Replace Policy

The reason for the replacement

The product will be replaced if the image of the ordered product does not match with the product received, if the product received is defective or broken or if all accessories are not available with the product.

Required documents for replace

In order to request a replace, you must have provide some information as proof of product error, notably unboxing videos, images, etc. Unboxing video must be provided if the product is broken or incomplete delivery. Pictures will only be accepted for color issues.

How to replace

If you find any of the above problems after receiving the product, please notify us within the next 3 working days by applying from This Form. After you are notified, one of our representatives will verify the information provided by you and contact you if it is found to be true. Within the next 3 working days of the contact, you have to deliver the received product / products by courier to our office or warehouse address, within 3-6 working days of receiving the product, the exact product you want will be sent to your address.
